Aaron Hageman - CEO
I have been a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years, building scalable businesses, organizational leadership, and strong, long-lasting teams. In 2004 I took the wheel of Delivery Drivers, Inc. (DDI) and pushed this company to experience incredible growth. My focus with DDI has been the 1099/Gig 'solopreneur' economy and with our great success DDI has gone from 3 thousand clients to almost 15 thousand in just a few short years. The Covid pandemic created a HUGE demand for what we do and internally we have experienced growth as well. With 50 employees, we have been able to promote many of our team and launched careers that I am truly proud of.
Outside of work I mentor and teach many different entrepreneurs, both successful and ones looking for their next big break, I've been a global leader in The Entrepreneur's Organization (EO) a global network leader of over 13 thousand entrepreneurs in over 70 countries. In addition to these great achievements I also donate my time to help fight homelessness in Southern California with non-profit organizations like Chrysalis, of which I am a member, that helps bring jobs to the homeless population.
Adam Dodge - Executive Director
I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BA in History and English and I’ve been making decisions with DDI for over 10 years. In that time I've held many different positions and worked in several capacities which gives me a unique perspective on methodologies for managers to employ when directing their teams.
In our country, the constantly changing and evolving regulatory patterns that our clients must adhere to vary from state to state, and staying on top of these laws and changes means our clients remain legally compliant. I excel in this area, and when our clients decide to partner with DDI, they have the peace of mind knowing that proven experience and deep industry knowledge are in their corner.
Similar to our CEO, I have been an active participant in The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Key Executive Forum for many years. I love football and played during my college years, and now spend much of my free time being a manager and leader for The Mission Viejo Little League.
Carly Fliesher - Operations Manager
I have a deep passion for building relationships, working directly with our clients, and helping them through every step of their growth, which makes me the ‘networker’ of DDI. I find my role as Operations Manager deeply rewarding. When my clients succeed, I succeed, and I carry this ideology with me when dealing with each and every client regardless of how large or small their operation might be.
I joined DDI in 2012, and have witnessed first hand the incredible growth in the gig economy in which we operate. This growth fuels my drive and passion for this industry, for my clients and for DDI. My deep understanding and fundamental knowledge of our industry means I can confidently provide accurate and timely knowledge to my clients, paving the way for their success.
Outside of work I am very active. Running, wakeboarding, traveling, family time, art, and I’m a sucker for a good Netflix show.
