HOW DO I UPDATE MY DIRECT DEPOSIT?

  • You can update your account information on your ddiwork.com driver profile.
    Under “Paperwork Center” click on “Update Direct Deposit Form” and fill out
    the form provided.
  • If you are receiving your payments through Gigwage login to gigwage.com
    and update your account information.

*PLEASE NOTE A DIRECT DEPOSIT UPDATE ON DDIWORK.COM WILL NOT UPDATE YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION ON GIGWAGE!

I DON'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT. HOW DO I GET PAID?

You can provide your routing number and account number from any PayCard or
online banking institution that supports direct deposit.

WHERE DO I OBTAIN A PAYCARD?

  • Purchase from your local store (ex: Walmart)
  • Sign up online (ex: Netspend, Paypal, Venmo, etc)

DO YOU OFFER PAPER CHECKS AND/OR CAN YOU WIRE MY PAYMENT?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer paper checks and do not wire payments. All payments will be sent via direct deposit to your bank account or PayCard.

DO YOU OFFER PAYDAY ADVANCEMENTS?

No. Unfortunately, we do not.

I DIDN'T GET PAID/WHERE IS MY PAYMENT?

This may be due to…

  • Incorrect Direct Deposit information submitted to us. Please visit your ddiwork.com account profile and confirm your banking information was entered correctly.
  • Bank Issue (ex: Closed account)

Please note your payment will always be for deliveries conducted during the
previous week. If there are no issues with the above and you are in the correct
payment cycle please fill out the Accounting Support Form.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE PAYMENT IF MY DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION WAS INCORRECT?

Your funds will be reprocessed once we receive a rejection notice from your bank, which takes 2-3 business days.

MY PAY IS INCORRECT?

Please fill out the Accounting Support Form and we will look into it and get back to you.

WHERE IS MY PAY SUMMARY?

Your pay stub will be available to view on your ddiwork.com driver profile. Your pay summary will be also emailed no later than the end of business day one day prior to you receiving pay.

WHAT ARE EQUIPMENT LEASE FEES?

Leasing options are available to you if you need equipment for your business.

WHAT ARE DDI ADMINISTRATIVE FEES?

This fee goes to DDI for handling all of your back-office work, such as accounting, paperwork, enrollments, etc.

WHAT IS BROKERAGE / MARKETING / SERVICE FEE?

This goes to your partnered office for marketing your services as a self-employed delivery driver partner.

WHAT ARE MVR FEES?

It’s the fee to run your Motor Vehicle Report.

WHAT ARE OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE PREMIUM FEES?

This is different from your standard auto insurance. This weekly fee covers any of your medical costs should you get into an accident while conducting deliveries.

WHAT ARE POSITIVE ADJUSTMENTS?

This is a credit to you for various reasons.

WHAT ARE NEGATIVE ADJUSTMENTS?

This is an expense from you for various reasons.

ARE TAXES DEDUCTED FROM OUR CHECKS?

DDI does not deduct taxes from payments, for further tax questions please consult your tax professional.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TAX PACKET/1099?

Your Tax Packet will be available to you on your ddiwork.com driver profile by the end of January, the following year. Your tax packet/1099 will also be emailed to you.

DO YOU TRACK MILEAGE?

DDI does not track mileage. You are responsible for tracking your own mileage for tax purposes.
