Providing Top Notch Service through our Skilled and Highly-Trained Staff
When one of your core values is providing fantastic service, it must start with the people on your team. We’ve carefully staffed our team with experienced customer service personnel from a wide range of industries. The key to our success is the combination of their customer service skills, along with our executive staff’s industry knowledge. All our team members go through an intense, 90-day training program upon being hired, which is centered around providing the best service possible to our clients.
Contractor Entrepreneurial Program
In mid-2016, we introduced our Contractor Entrepreneurial Program (CEP). We designed it to help educate driver clients and facilitate their development as entrepreneurs. The great part about participating in CEP is that it allows drivers to earn discounts! By submitting items such as an employer identification number (EIN) and business cards, drivers can lower their administrative fees. This program has been a great success over the last 20 months and we look forward to continuing its development later this year through new offerings.
In addition to the CEP program, we also have a network of vendors to provide our clients with discounts. We seek out companies to work with that offer perks related to driving. Upon joining our network, drivers gain access to tax, cell phone, and car maintenance and repair coupons. We’ve received great feedback from drivers about the discounts we’ve obtained and are always adding more vendors to our network.
