Supplemental Coverage
Group Limited Indemnity
The Group Limited Indemnity insurance policy pays certain medical expenses at a specific benefit amount for a limited number of days, as defined by your plan. You may opt for coverage for your spouse or child(ren). You are eligible for this coverage (regardless of your health status), and you do not have to answer any medical questions to qualify for coverage.
Note: Group Limited Indemnity is NOT major medical insurance, or comprehensive health coverage.
Accident
Voluntary accident insurance provides a range of fixed, lump sum benefits for injuries resulting from a covered accident, or for accidental death and dismemberment (if included). These benefits are paid directly to you. You have three plan options for you to choose from Plan A, B or C.
Critical Illness
Voluntary critical illness provides a fixed, lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of a critical illness which can include heart attack, stroke paralysis and more. These benefits are paid directly to you.
Universal Life
Universal Life Protector insurance offers a safety net with lifetime protection. Unlike standard term life insurance, with Universal Life Protector, income earned on the cash value grows tax-deferred.

Roadside Assistance
Roadside Assistance is a set of services that can assist you when you have car trouble on the road.
24/7 nationwide roadside assistance on the road, at work, a parking lot or even at home.

Towing Assistance – When towing is necessary, Covered Vehicle will be towed to the closest qualified service.

Flat Tire Change – Service consists of the removal of the flat tire and its replacement with working spare tire.

Fuel Delivery Service – An emergency supply of 3 gallons of fuel. Customer must pay for the fuel when it is delivered.

Lock-out Assistance – If keys are locked inside the Covered Vehicle, assistance will be provided to gain entry into the Covered Vehicle.
