Every piece of a client’s business is reviewed and all of the client’s employees are trained on Independent Contractor rules, operational do’s and don’ts, etc.. The goal of our Compliance Department is to mitigate the client’s risk by giving them tools to operate within the statutory guidelines of the agencies responsible for regulating worker classification.
