As a successful entrepreneur, Aaron has built and led many different types of companies from Human Resource firms to sports teams. Aaron’s talents lie in organizational leadership, team-building, & relentlessly pursuing the strategic vision while creating businesses of scale. Outside of work, Aaron is a mentor and teacher to both Students and Entrepreneurs globally and donates his time to fighting homelessness in hometown of Southern California.
He started his career at General Electric, where he entered the sales training program after graduating from college in 1979. During his eight years with GE, he served in a variety of sales and management roles in four different US cities.
After receiving a BS and MBA from Marquette University, he served as Director of Brill Street + Company, Direct Fit Inc., TalentDrive, Corporate Technology Communications, ThermoFluids, Inc. and CPRi. He was also the Chairman of the President’s Advisory Council for the YWCA of Chicago and a mentor with the Clinton Foundation’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence.
His book, Second Stage Entrepreneurship: Ten Proven Strategies for Driving Aggressive Growth is a useful guide for any entrepreneur making the transition from start-up to sustainable growth. It was published in late 2013 by Macmillan/Palgrave.
As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, John is responsible for driving global growth at DDI from strategy to execution. John has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Indiana University.
As Vice President of Technology, Ramnath is responsible for outlining DDI’s technology vision, implementing technology strategies to yield competitive advantage, align DDI’s technology resources with company’s goals, ensuring high quality products as well as implementing a culture of security and compliance.
His higher education is global and characteristic of multiple master’s degrees in the fields of Biochemistry from Pune University and Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, MN.
Ramnath volunteers with the following non-profit organizations:
- Ekal Vidyalaya is involved in education and village development in rural areas and tribal villages of India and Nepal.
- Isha Foundation is dedicated to raising human consciousness and fosters global harmony through individual transformation.
In our country, the constantly changing and evolving regulatory patterns that our clients must adhere to vary from state to state, and staying on top of these laws and changes means our clients remain legally compliant. Adam excels in this area, and when our clients decide to partner with DDI, they have peace of mind knowing that proven experience and deep industry knowledge are in their corner.
Similar to our CEO, Adam is an active participant in The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Key Executive Forum for many years.
Rama is a CPA and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, and a Master’s degree from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
As Financial Controller of DDI, Rama is responsible for enhancing and implementing financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and management reporting data.
Carly joined DDI in 2012, she left for an opportunity at GrubHub in 2017 and returned to DDI in 2019. With her experience, she has witnessed first-hand the incredible growth in the gig economy in which DDI operates. This growth fuels her drive and passion for the industry, her partnerships, and for DDI. Her deep understanding and fundamental knowledge of our industry means she can confidently provide accurate and timely knowledge to our channel partners, paving the way for their success.
Ernesto brings with him subject matter expertise in onboarding processes optimization, screening, adjudication, and risk mitigation best practices. Possessing a passion for problem-solving, Ernesto also works actively with cross-departmental teams in new business development and program implementation, and deployment.
Ernesto attended San Diego State University and is an alumnus of the Delta Xi chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
She is passionate about team building, growth and development and people management. DDI’s first value “People First” speaks to her greatly as she agrees with the ideology from Bill Marriott “take care of the employee, they’ll take care of the client, and the business will take care of itself.”
